MedlinePlus will direct you to information to help answer health questions. MedlinePlus brings together authoritative information from National Library of Medicine, the National Institutes of health (NIH), and other governement agencies and health-related organizations from the US. MedlinePlus also has extensive information about drugs, and illustrated medical encyclopedia, interactive patient tutorials, and latest health news.

Caring for Kids
Caring for Kids is designed to provide parents with information about their child's health and well-being. Because the site is developed by the Canadian Paediatric Society - the voice of Canada's 2,000 + paediatricians - you can be sure the information est reliable.

Site in French. Internet being a major source of health information, the CISM's project is to index all the best medical sites in French.

Clinical Trials
Clinical Trials.gov offers up-to-date information for locating federally and privately supported clinical trials for a wide range of diseases and conditions. A clinical trial (also clinical research) is a research study in human volunteers to answer specific health questions.

The Rare Disease Community
The National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) has partenered with ClinicaHealth to create a free, unique on-line community service for rare-disease patients, their families, and caregivers. Neuro-Patient Ressource Centre - Montreal Neurological Hospital
Childhood & Adolescent Conditions

The Neuro-Patient Resource Centre of the Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital is a part of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC). The center can you find good information on childhood and adolescent neurological diseases, disorders and treatments. The Centre is able to give you information on resources at the MUHC and in the community.
